the top and base inset with enamel panels inscribed: souvenir/ d'amitiƩ in circular paillons, the ground enamelled in translucent blue over wavy engine-turning with paillon stars, narrow opaque white enamel and gold beeded borders

Condition
Excellent condition, well-made and attractive. There is an area of rubbing to the gold of the inner support.
