Catalogue Note
The arms are those of Harbin impaling Abington quartering Wyndham for Swayne Harbin (1718-1781) of Newton Surmaville, only son and heir of Wyndham Harbin (1685-1741) and his wife, Abigail (née Swayne), who married in 1760 Barbara (d. 1809), daughter and heiress of George Abington of Over Compton, co. Dorset, by his wife, Barbara, daughter of William Wyndham of Dinton, co. Wiltshire.
