Each on a gadroon-bordered circular base, the centre engraved with a crest, motto of the Order of the Garter and earl's coronet, the entwined wirework sides applied with cast grape-laden vines, green baize-lined wood undersides

The crest and coronet are those of the Earls of Shrewsbury.

Wear commensurate with use, one with missing leaf, one with repaired split to rim, generally nice, very good engraving, marks rather worn.
