makers' mark apparently F & Ce below a vertical baton in a horizontal lozenge, France, circa 1910, perhaps for Cartier

The Cartier Archives record, 17/10/1907 "Héron cristal rose pattes or sur 2 feuilles nénuphars calcédoine reposant sur 1 patte, yeux brillants jaune".
