Catalogue Note

Georg Jensen's brother-in-law Harald Nielsen (1892-1977) joined the company in 1909, where he trained as a chaser. Together with Johan Rohde he was part of the principal group of three who created the Jensen style and the firm's reputation for outstanding quality.  After Jensen's death, Nielsen became director and artistic head of the workshop.
