Condition

Overall very good condition consistent with age and use. The oak frame of the table with expected nicks, dings and surface scratches. With concentrated scratches, nicks and wear to the lower portion of the legs. The interior of one leg with remnants of white paint. The lower edge of this table with a minor loss measuring approximately two inches in length and appears recent. The adjacent areas reveal the natural color of the wood. As the loss is on the lower edge, it is only visible upon close inspection. Table retains all three original dowels to hold table to the raised position. One of the dowel holes appears to have a bright green residue, likely from some kind of adhesive meant to keep the dowel in place. Table can be moved to raised position with more minor sticking. One of the inset ceramic tiles with chip and adjacent loss. Other tiles with nice color and luster. An excellent example of a rare form in original condition.
