Condition

Overall very good condition. The leather surfaces throughout with minor rubbing, crazing, minor staining and surface scratches. With noticeable rubbing and minor losses to the ribbing throughout. Some of the corners on both the chairs and sofa with concentrated areas where the leather has begun to crack. These have not broken the surface of the leather, and are expected considering the age of the piece. The back of the sofa with four scratches measuring approximately 1.5 inches in length. Three of the four have broken the surface of the leather. The chairs with wear to the bottom seat cushions consistent with age and use. Also with concentrated rubbing to the top of the arms. When turned over, the underside of the leather sofa shows evidence of staining, which extends to the adjacent metal frame and fabric upholstered reverse of the cushions. Scattered minor areas of staining to the metal frame in various locations. The color of these three works is slightly more red than it appears in the catalogue illustration. Superb examples of the models.
