The brooch designed as a curling ribbon tendril framing an emerald-cut tourmaline weighing approximately 7.50 carats, completed by baguette and calibré-cut tourmalines, the inside fold of the ribbon and the baton terminals pavé set with small round diamonds, signed Verdura; the matching earclips similarly decorated with baguette tourmalines and pavé-set diamonds, mounted in platinum.
Condition
The diamonds in both the brooch and earclips are approximately F-H color, VVS-VS clarity; the tourmalines vary slightly in coloration from a deep greenish blue to a medium light bluish green; the mountings are in good condition, the clip signed Verdura along the hinge of the clip mechanism.
