Cultured pearl and diamond ring, David Webb, circa 1960

Designed as a ball of tightly set cultured pearls studded with 34 round diamonds weighing approximately 2.50 carats, mounted in platinum and 14 karat white gold, size 8¾, signed Webb. 

The diamonds are approximately G-I color, VVS-VS clarity; the cultured pearls have a medium lustre, some with more creamy body color and some with stronger rose; the mounting is in good condition, the shank has an inner sizing band. Signed Webb underneath the inner sizing band.
