The first designed as carved sapphire fish floating within circular frames above segments of amethysts depicting water, beneath cabochon ruby suns, the sides accented with small round diamonds, mounted in 18 karat gold, signed Bulgari, c1920; the second designed as half hoops set with 40 calibré-cut citrines, signed Bulgari, numbered BD4042.
Condition
The "fish" earclips each with chips in the left corners of the middle sections of amethyst, fish nicely carved with small faceted eyes (excellent detail), diamonds are approximately E-G, VVS-VS, all colored stones are well-matched for color, the reverse signed C1920, BVLGARI, 750 , one engraved "5.98 cts." and the other engraved "429 cts.); the citrine earclips are in overall very good condition, each with one row of citrine of dark honey color, the opposite row of lighter tone, both signed along the top edge of the clip backs BVLGARI, and numbered below BD4042.
