Description
The first composed of triangular tops and quatrefoil pendants, set with cabochon rubies and cabochon and faceted sapphires, accented throughout with 20 round diamonds, mounted in 18 karat gold, signed Lalaounis, pendants detachable, 2 sapphires missing; the second set at the top with pink tourmaline cabochons framed by mother-of pearl segments, the pendants set with pear-shaped kunzites within borders of amethyst segments above cabochon rubies, mounted in 14 karat gold, pendants detachable, and the third set with smoky quartz and carnelian, mounted in silver gilt, signed Kylo, unillustrated.
Condition
The ruby, sapphire and diamond earrings are both stamped on the clip backs LALAOUNIS, also with maker's mark, 750, and A21, the four cabochon sapphires have faint asterism, and as noted in the catalogue two faceted sapphires missing, pendants are detachable; the tourmaline, kunzite, amethyst, ruby and diamond earrrings are in very good condition overall just slight tarnish to gold; and eye visible inclusions in the tourmalines; the pair of silver gilt earrings in overall good condition.
