Description
The turtle clip set with a large oval amethyst body, the head and legs accented with oval turquoise cabochons, completed by faceted sapphire eyes, mounted in 18 karat gold, signed Cartier, France, assay marks, may be worn at the center of a gold bracelet of snake links with a beaded border, length approximately 6½ inches.

Condition
The amethyst is a medium deep purple color and shows some color zoning. The turquoise cabochons are bright, as are the sapphires set at the eyes. In good condition overall. Fitted with a safety chain. Can be worn as a brooch or attached to the bracelet.
