The double-leaf motif of shaded green plique-à-jour enamel accented with small old-mine and single-cut diamonds, mounted in 18 karat gold and platinum, signed Marcus & Co., 1 diamond missing. 

Condition

A few small cracks and losses to enamel and 1 diamond is missing, otherwise good condition. Signature is on an applied plaque, also stamped 18K. Diamonds are of decorative quality. Please note that the diamond stated as missing in the catalogue has now been replaced.
