Description
The center designed as diamond-set scrolling drapery flanking a fringe anchored by a pear-shaped emerald drop measuring approximately 22.6 by 13.1 by 10.7 mm., the clasp set with a cabochon emerald, the whole set with 28 old-mine diamonds weighing approximately 12.00 carats and 177 round and single-cut diamonds weighing approximately 12.40 carats, mounted in platinum, length 15 inches; the earrings supporting 2 emerald drops measuring approximately 22.4 by 15.5 by 15.1 mm. and 22.8 by 15.4 by 14.7 mm., surmounted by bows set with single-cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.50 carats, mounted in platinum, 1 diamond missing.
Condition
Necklace: Diamonds are approximately H-K color, VS-I clarity. Small area of solder repair on reverse near top of central fringe. Emeralds are moderately included, emerald in clasp is abraded. Earrings: Diamond are G-I color, VS-SI clarity. Emeralds are included with some surface imperfections usual to this type of material. Mountings have areas of solder repair.
