Description

The bag composed of seed pearl mesh linking, the frame decorated to the front with circular-cut diamonds, with a central twist clasp inset with circular-cut diamonds and decorated around the circumference with single-cut stones, to a curb and fetter link chain, measurements approximately 160mm x 110mm, French assay and maker's marks; accompanied by a stick pin embellished with a drop-shaped pearl of grey tint, highlighted at the base with rose-cut diamonds, Portuguese assay and maker's marks, fitted case.

Condition

PEARLS UNTESTED. Frame numbered DC 1056, hinges slightly stiff, diamonds bright lively stones, small repair to pearl mesh attaching to frame in centre, several pearls deficient, one small hole to pearl mesh on side, and small hole to pearl mesh near one hinge, weight approximately 193 grams. Stick pin pearl with grey body colour and rose overtone.
