Description
Each shield-shaped clip of open work design, set with circular- and single-cut diamonds, detachable brooch frame, together with another double clip brooch designed as two stylised cornucopia, set with circular-cut rubies, circular- and single-cut diamonds, signed Garrard London, detachable brooch frame.
Condition
Diamond double clip brooch: Scratched inventory number to reverse. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 4.00 - 5.00 carats. Diamonds of mixed colours and clarities. Scratches to mount consistent with age and wear. In very good condition.
Ruby and diamond double clip brooch: Each signed Garrard London. Traces of solder to reverse. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 2.20-3.20 carats. Rubies a medium dark red with moderately strong saturation of colour, well matched, with typical inclusions visible with magnification. In good condition.
