Comprising: a rounded oblong case decorated with opalescent and blue guilloché enamel, bordered byhalf-pearls, applied to the centre with a monogram 'M H', highlighted with single-cut diamonds within a border of brilliant-cut stones, with a cabochon ruby thumb piece, measurements approximately 120mm x 45mm x 15mm; a rectangular textured box, inset with a lapis lazuli tablet, applied to the centre with the initial 'M' decorated with brilliant- and single-cut diamonds, measurements approximately 123mm x 50mm x 20mm; and a rectangular case, to a central tablet of lapis lazuli, measurements approximately 108mm x 67mm x 28mm.

Rounded oblong case: Stamped 750 for 18 carat gold and numbered 666 with indistinct maker's marks to inner rim and also stamped Bernasconi-Milano to underside of case. Some half-pearls exhibiting rosé overtones and few with surface damage. Evidence of scratching to polished surfaces consistent with age and wear. Weighing approximately 180.3 grams. In very good condition. Rectangular textured box decorated with 'M': Stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Weighing approximately 232.8 grams. In good condition. Rectangular case with central lapis luzuli tablet: Stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Weighing approximately 262.4 grams. Evidence of very minor scratching to case. In good condition.
