Description

  • height 30 3/4 in.; width 45 1/4 in.; depth 26 1/4 in.
  • 81 cm; 115 cm; 67 cm
the rectangular top with canted corners centered by a brass-inlaid cartouche decorated with a man smoking a pipe, flanked by roundels and banding, the case with three long drawers mounted and inlaid to simulate six drawers, raised on ormolu paw feet.  Mounts and brass inlay of later date.

Condition

Old minor hairline age cracks to the top and sides, consistent with age. Very minor marks and surface abrasions to the surfaces. Some dentws and marks to the ormoluand brass mounts. In othewise very good condition.
