Description

  • height 35 1/2 in.; width 44 1/4 in.; depth 20 3/4 in.
  • 95 cm; 112 cm; 53 cm
with a Belgian grey marble top, the apron centered by an ormolu mask flanked by hippocampi, raised on tapered terms surmounted by patinated bronze female masks, raised on a plinth base. Backboard possibly of later date.

Condition

Minor chips to the corners of the marble top, old marks and scratches consistent with age. Restorations to the veneer. Minor marks to the ormolu consistant with age. Upper part possibly adapted.
