Description

  • height 6 1/2 in.; width 9 1/4 in.
  • 16.5 cm; 23 cm
the shield-shaped backplate surmounted by a helmet centered by an owl, fitted with a patinated bronze mask issuing three arrow-shaped candle branches fitted with spheres supporting the nozzles.  Pierced for electricity; together with a later octagonal mounting backplate (not illustrated)

Condition

Color less electric yellow and more attractive than in the catalogue illustration. With very minor marks consistent with age. In overall excellent condition.
