  • Philippe-Jacques Corniquet, maître in 1785, recorded working in Paris, Faubourg St. Honoré in 1789, Place Beauveau in 1804, and rue Miromesnil in 1810.

the white enamelled dial inscribed Corniquet fb. St Honoré, within a drum-shaped case surmounted by the figure of Minerva flanked by fluted columns on rectangular pedestals mounted with military trophies, raised on a rectangular ormolu-mounted base and later ormolu feet.
