the hinged serpentine top and sides opening to a leather-lined playing surface with counter wells and candle recesses.  Restored.

Condition

Good restored condition, refinished, old marks and scratches, four small patches to back edges of top, possibly from later hinges, one small patch to underside of bottom at left side, small triangular patch to frieze at left side at back, age cracks to corners of frieze above front legs, scuffs to feet, counter wells possibly later, later corner blocks and blocks behind brackets of legs, one corner block now lacking,
