with a rectangular top inlaid with a roundel enclosing a floral spray within a scrolling foliate border, on square tapering legs
Condition
Colour less orange overall slightly darker and much more attractive than in the catalogue photograph. Top slightly warped which has resulted in some splits in veneer as visible from the photograph. Very attractive detail to marquetry. A fine example of a games table by Maggiolini. In overall good condition and highly recommended.
Measurements: H= 77 cm; W = 84 cm; D = 74 cm.

G.Beretti, Giuseppe Maggiolini, L' officina del neoclassicismo,Milano,1994, p. 194, plate XXXIII for examples of tops of games tables by him and also see p. 195, for a table conceived in a similar vein by the Maggiolini workshop.
An almost identical table attributed to Maggiolini by Giuseppe Beretti was sold as lot 508, Finarte, Milan, 13th June 2000, the only difference being in the type of flowers within the floral spray, the other details are identical.
