  • height of kettle on lampstand 15 1/2in. (9.4cm)
of good weight, comprising: Teapot, covered Sugar Bowl, Waste Bowl and Kettle on Lampstand, each with panels embossed and chased with picturesque architectural landscapes enclosed by flowers and foliate scrolls, supported on shaped square bases pierced and cast with conforming flowerheads, the geometric handles engraved with scrolling vines and topped with dolphins, each engraved with initials SEVB, marked on bases SAM L KIRK, S.K , 11.OZ, with an oval Maryland Shield and dominical letter F

Condition

as noted re: wieght, some handle pins missing or replaced (kettle with replaced pin in base metal), hinge on kettle in base metal, dent to teapot, corner of base of sugar bowl bent up a little, missing spirit lamp, lampstand apparently unmarked, otherwise good condition
