Condition

Overall in good original condition. The wooden frames show evidence of use including scattered surface scratches, abrasions, nicks and rubbing to the surface treatment throughout. With isolated areas of paint residue, colored ink marks and other surface dirt. The smaller two tables show minor age cracks and minor separation to the seams that run along the sides parallel to the top. These tables show greater scratching to the exterior of the frames likely from being slid under the larger table. The smallest table with significant losses to the veneer to the underside concentrated in the center, which appears old. As these are to the underside, they are not visible once the table is righted. The middle-size table with a scratch to the top surface measuring approximately 6 inches in length to the center of the top. Similar minor scratches to the top of the smallest table. The underside of the largest table with felt strips adhered to the underside, likely to prohibit the scratching to the middle table when they are nested. Aluminum top surface of the largest table with scratches throughout. The adjacent wooden frame with significant losses to finishes, possibly the result of cleaning and use. All of these elements have given the tables a nice patina and evidence of use. It is likely that a restorer would be able to alleviate some of these conditions, should one desire.
