Condition

Generally good overall condition apart from marks nicks and scratches consistent with age and use. All of the side chairs have chipping and associated veneer losses to the top of the chair backs and corners. The seat-rails also have chipping and veneer losses. One lacking a sabot which is visible in the catalogue illustration. The armchairs with the downs-wept arms similarly have chipping and associated veneer losses to the top of the chair backs and corners. One with veneer loss to the arm as seen in the catalogue illustration. The armchairs with the open arms have spliced repairs to the legs and are slightly loose overall. Repairs to the joins.
