Condition

Overall in very good condition. It is possible that the chairs have been repainted at some point. As there are several drips, yet this is not evidence of an earlier coat of paint. Only minor nicks and scratches to the lower portion of the legs as would be expected. Each of the chair seats with scratches, nicks, minor losses to the veneer and rubbing to finish as expected. All the chairs show rubbing to the front edge, and one of the chairs has worn to show the wood underneath. The seats of the three of the chairs are slightly darker in color. Two of the chair seats with single areas of restoration, which appears to have been overpainted. The restoration was sensitively completed with faux wood grain, however the repair is visible when examined. Three of the chairbacks with what appears to be areas of infill to concentrated areas of the edges, some of which is beginning to chip away. Hardware on the chairs is likely replaced.
