Condition

Overall in very good condition showing only gentle wear consisting of nicks, dings and scratches. The surface has been regularly waxed and is in good condition. The stays of the backrest are hand done and therefore slightly irregular. The front edge of the bench with scattered areas of darkened spots, which appear inherent in the wood and not the result of staining. These are visible in the catalogue illustration and more subtle colorations are also visible on the reverse edge.
