Literature

Condition

Overall in very good condition. The wooden frame with only very minor wear. With scratches, nicks and dings as would be expected with use. The underside of the feet with more concentrated losses and rubbing to the finish and scratches. One of the back legs with minor white paint specks. It appears that the upholstery has been replaced and therefore with very gentle signs of wear and no soiling. The underside of the seat with pins that affix the secondary webbing to the frame. These pins can be removed and one is replaced with a standard screw. This is an early example of this form, which was later executed by the designer in metal.
