Condition

Please note that only part of shelving unit is illustrated in the catalogue photograph. There is an additional bay of shelves which would extend from the left of the catalogue illustration. The piece is in good overall condition. Throughout the wood elements with minor nicks, scratches and dings from use. The frame is stable, but is lacking one of the metal foot elements. It is possible to construct the work without this element. The fall front desk is excellent condition with key. When the desk element is lowered, it has a tendency to stick about ¾ of the way down, but does continue to the full open position. The shelves are movable and lacking some hardware. There are 15 large shelves, some of which have drilled holes and some with grooves; 5 small shelves and two irregular rectangular boards. The drop down bed open with ease and is being sold without a mattress. A large scale shelving unit by Wegner with much of its original hardware.
