Description
The multi row cultured pearl necklace, suspending tassels of graduated cultured pearls, length approximately 34 cm, a flower brooch depicting lillies of the valley, composed of carved crystal and nephrite, Austrian assay mark, imperfect (2).
Condition
The necklace: Signs of wear to the necklace. Cultured pearls are well matched in colour and of a medium to high lustre. Some discoloration to the silk on which the cultured pearls have been knotted. One side of the clasp is loose, can probably be repared by sewing it back on, but please check with a professional pearl stringer. Length approximately 34 cm.
Brooch: The nephrite leaf is broken at the top. At least 7 flower heads have chipped/broken leafs. Some discoloration to the flower heads, as visible in the photograph. Some scratches to the metal.
Both pieces are bearing Austrian assay mark for 18 carat gold.
