the oval base and stem engraved and bright-cut with garlands, detachable nozzles, fully marked at the rim base (4)

Condition

The maker's mark is clearly struck. The other marks are slightly rubbed. One with a small dent to the rim base. Both with overall small marks and scratches of use.
