Set with numerous oval and cushion-shaped sapphires in various colors, the center with an oval ruby, altogether weighing approximately 81.75 carats, alternating with 35 marquise-shaped diamonds weighing approximately 13.25 carats, mounted in 18 karat gold, length 16 ΒΌ inches.
