Numerous coral beads approx 21.3 to 4.7 mm, certain permits may be required for export,

Condition

Good condition with gentle wear to the gold and negligible scratching to the coral. Designed as two rows of graduated beads meeting in a knot motif composed of gold ropetwists. Anchored by two tassles topped by large coral beads suspending fringes of gold ropetwists and smaller coral beads. One string of coral beads has become detached but is offered with the lot. The richly colored reddish orange coral is nicely matched, presents minimal color mottling and minor, scattered pitting. The clasp stamped D&F for Deakin & Francis, but may not be original to the piece. Fitted with safety closure. The necklace bears a nice heft (approx. 176 dwts) and looks wonderful when worn. A fabulous piece.

Our presale estimates reflect this assumption.
