Set with a white mabé-pearl reversing to a golden mabé pearl, each within a bezel of small round diamonds, the stylized asymmetrical mounting pavé-set with round diamonds of yellow color and accented on one shoulder with four rows of baguette diamonds, the total diamond weight approximately 4.25 carats, mounted in 18 karat gold, size 6 ½, signed Carimati.
