Designed as a flower, set on the petals with round bright yellow sapphires, mounted in blackened gold, and centered with a cluster of round diamonds approximately F-G color and VVS-VS clarity, mounted in white gold. In good condition. With maker's mark for Michele Della Valle. 1 inch in diameter.
