Description
Designed as a tennis racket, the grip channel-set with calibré-cut rubies, its frame millegrain-set with rose-cut diamonds, the strings applied with a pearl ball, fitted case and box by Sandra Cronan Ltd, 18 Burlington Arcade, London W1J 0PN.
Condition
Diamonds bright and lively, rubies a medium slightly purplish red hue with moderately strong saturation, rubbed facets, well matched, typical inclusions visible with magnification. Pearl measuring approximately 3.5mm, slightly off-round in shape, with visible rosé overtones, medium lustre with some slight imperfections to the skin. Traces of lead solder to reverse. Pendant hook. Pin slightly bent, safety catch. Scratches and indentations consistent with wear. Fitted case in excellent condition. In very good condition.
