Description
Comprising: a necklace, a bracelet, a pair of ear clips and a ring; each designed as a series of interlocking scrolls set throughout with brilliant-cut diamonds to a central motif of carved mother-of-pearl, necklace length approximately 365mm, bracelet length approximately 160mm, ring size L ½, signed Mauboussin Paris and numbered, maker's marks, French Assay marks.
Condition
French assay marks for 18 carat gold. Necklace: Estimated total diamond weight approximately 20.0 carats, estimated, good articulation, sits very well when worn, safety catch, stamped 18KT, numbered 48245. Bracelet: Estimated total diamond weight approximately 11.0 carats, safety catch, stamped 18KT, numbered 48246. Ear Clips: Estimated total diamond weight approximately 2.70 carats, stamped 18KT, numbered 48244. Ring: Estimated total diamond weight 2.60 carats. Stamped 18KT, numbered 48247. Diamonds throughout estimated to be H-J colour and VS-SI clarity, please note all are set in yellow gold mountings. The Mother-of-Pearl throughout is probably from abalone shell, presenting an iridescence that one would expect to see. Total weight of parure approximately 289.7 grams. In excellent condition.
