Description
The bezel and shank of geometric design centring on an oval cabochon sapphire, embellished with lines of brilliant-cut diamonds, size N, signed Flato.
Condition
Stamped 18K and Plat for 18 carat gold and platinum to inside of shank. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 2.20 - 2.60 carats, bright, lively stones. Sapphire a medium blue with moderately strong colour saturation. Inclusions and zoning visible with the naked eye, surface reaching inclusions and small cavities visible only with magnification. The sapphire measures approximately 18.1mm x 11.8mm x 6.3mm, weighing approximately 14.5 carats. Light scratches and indentations to band consistent with wear. In very good condition.
