RUBY AND DIAMOND RING

Designed as a cluster, centring on an oval ruby within surrounds of brilliant-cut diamonds, to an outer border of baguette stones, size M½.

The ruby measuring approximately 11.1mm x 9.1mm 4.5mm, estimated to weigh approximately 3.82 carats, the ruby a medium slightly purplish red hue, with medium colour saturation, there is a noticeable window when the stone is not worn, noticeable typical inclusions, a surface reaching fracture across stone and some small nicks to the girdle only visible with magnification. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 2.30 - 2.60 carats, bright lively stones. Some wear to the band and the mount, evidence of resizing. In good condition.
