Description
Comprising: a necklace and a pair of ear clips; the necklace designed at the front as a rope work lapis lazuli knot highlighted with brilliant-cut diamonds, held by twisted rope work motifs and continuing to two chains of fancy linking, length approximately 400mm, signed VCA and numbered, maker's marks and French assay marks, accompanied by a pair of ear clips of annular design set with lapis lazuli and brilliant-cut diamonds, signed VCA and numbered, maker's marks and French assay marks.
Condition
Necklace: Stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 1.0 carat, bright, lively stones. Lapis lazuli a rich blue with visible pyrite flecks throughout. Fairly rigid central motif to a supple chain, some light scratches consistent with wear, minor discolouration to metal, could benefit from a professional clean. Weighing approximately 77.5 grams. Numbered B4059 V24 to underside of D-shaped clasp. Ear Clips: Each stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 0.85 - 0.95 carats, bright, lively stones. Lapis lazuli a vibrant blue, one with a more noticeable presence of pyrite than the other. Stiff strong clip fittings. Scratches to reverse of ear clips consistent with use. Each numbered B3058V1. Demi-parure in very good condition.
