Description
The necklace designed as a line of graduated cushion-shaped sapphires interspersed with brilliant-cut diamond clusters, decorated at the front with a detachable pendant of similar design; the pendent earrings each composed of a foliate surmount set with marquise-shaped and brilliant-cut diamonds, suspending a detachable pendant set with an oval sapphire, brilliant-cut and baguette diamonds, necklace length approximately 420mm.
Condition
Stamped 950 for platinum. Total sapphire weights: necklace approximately 100.00 carats, detachable pendant approximately 42.00 carats, earrings approximately 12.10 carats (all estimated weights, gauged in mountings) . Overall slightly lighter colour saturation than illustrated, some typical crystal inclusions (some reaching surface), some abrasion on facet edges. Total diamond weight approximately 12.00 carats, generally H -I colour, VS clarity (some SI). Clasp secure. In good condition.
