Description
The evening bag of basket weave design, to a scalloped hinged cover opening to reveal a mirror, measuring approximately 160mm x 85mm x 40mm, fitted suede and silk lined pouch, accompanied by a rectangular pill box of similar design, measuring approximately 40mm x 30mm x 10mm.
Condition
Evening bag: Stamped 750 for 18 carat gold to inside rim of scalloped cover. Some small scratches visible to polished surfaces consistent with wear. Secure closing mechanism. Original pouch with some small areas of discolouration. Weight approximately 296.6 grams. Pill box: slight tarnish to inside rim and hinge, could benefit from a professional clean. Some scratches consistent with wear. Weight approximately 28.1 grams. Both in excellent condition.
