Description
mahogany with red leather upholstery
Condition
Attractive. The upholstery is tired but has an attractive patination. The mahogany is a rich colour and the carving is good. The arms are loose and could do with securing. The rear left leg has been chipped and there is now spliced segments at the base of this leg. The base of the chair has numerous scuffs and scratches probably from aggressive vacuming. The central stretcher may be a replacement - it is, though, a good colour match. There are traces to the bottom of each foot from where castors were positioned
