Description

  • h.85cm.
gilt brass, the later clear glass panes with amber stained decoration, gilding refreshed

Condition

Nice size and attractive. One ball pendant at the lanterns base is missing - this is visible in the catalogue illustration. The glass is in good order. The metal is tarnished and may well have been re-gilded some time ago. One of the six corner decorations at the top is loose. This piece has been untouched for about a hundred years and would benefit from a clean and some light restoration.
