Description

  • h.153cm.; w.82cm.; d.50cm.
black lacquer, decorated with figures in a landscape,

Condition

Very atmposheric. The 'architectural' interior is distrressed but very interesting and complete. The lacquer throughout is cracked and will require consolidation to prevent losses. The inner sides of each door appear to have splits beneath the lacquer. There is a component of the gallery from the top missing and the side sections of this gallery are detached but present. A very decorative piece. The stand is a bity loose. Metalwork tarnished.
