the shield shaped body painted with a panel of flowers against a blue ground within a gilt frame, reserved on a black and white marbled ground, the shoulders set with gilt dolphin and shell moulded handles, raised on a gilt square base and four paw feet

Condition

Overall in very good condition. There is a minor shallow chip to the edge of the base, approx. 0.5cm. by 3mm. Otherwise some minor typical wear.
