7-inch dial signed Ellicott, London with crisply cast rococo spandrels, matted centre with calendar aperture and strike/silent dial in the arch, the three train trip-repeating fusee movement with seven knopped pillars, verge escapement, chiming the quarters on eight bells and with a further hour bell, the backplate engraved with a chinoiserie pavilion enclosed by scrolls, the brass-bound case with flambeau finials, rococo mounts to the bell top, female bust and trailing foliate mounts to all four corners, side carrying handles and scroll feet
