Description

  • 12cm. high; 4¾in.
each seated figure supporting a parasol, the triform bases with mother of pearl and supported at each corner by a quiver, the parasol of each formerly hung with lustres

Provenance

Lady Sarah Sophia Fane, Countess of Jersey.

Condition

Decorative ornaments. Gilt-bronze colour good and mother of pearl good. Lacking lustres that would have been suspended from each parasol. The parasols are slightly tarnished and bent. The filigree borders of each base and supporting quivers are bent.
