Overall this piece is in good condition. There are some old marks and scratches throughout consistent with age and use. The cornice has some age cracks, a small section of cracked and loose moulding on the left hand edge and has five pendant drops missing. The centre section has some later alterations probably to reduce its size. The right hand cupboard door has an age crack running top to bottom. The left hand door has a similar crack which is partially concealed by the column stile. Both doors are slightly warped. The plinth has been partially re-constructed. Overall it is an attractive piece.
